The in-dash cutom
install: Hidden behind the trim pieces are the GPS, USB
Soundcard, Power Supply and my custom harness. All parts are
cut into the car's wiring harness with connectors, to allow the system
to be removed and the vehicle placed back to factory. Note
the power panel below the stereo.

Glovebox
The PC is placed above
the glovebox, below the airbag. The mount allows the DVD
drive to be mounted below it, and allows the glovebox to be fully
functional. When closed, there's no telling the PC is there.
I modified the glovebox by removing the plastic top, and
cutting the rear of the box to accomodate the DVD drive.
Reverting back to stock is not completely possible, but
should be relatively easy.

Amp, subwoofer, and DSP
The Amplifier and
subwoofer are in the rear of the vehicle. The wires are run
in the carpets and body panels. All of the speakers attach
from here to the stock location under the dash. The DSP,
located under the driver's seat, is wired to the amp as well.
With the AMP mounted on the back of the rear seat, and the
subwoofer loose, it is possible to still use the vehicle for hauling
items.

Power Control
The power panel allows
the PC to be started, turned off, and reset. The USB
connection brings the hidden spare port to greater accessibility.
The IR window allows the remote control to work, and the
alternative power port allows the entire system to be powered by an
external power adapter. On the rear of the wiring board is
the connector to my custom harnessing.
